I loved this one. As the mom, sometimes I'm too concerned with making sure the consequences make sense and fit the crimes, without making sure I'm there to help pick up the pieces when their hearts are crushed. And you know, when your heart is crushed by something of your own doing, that's even worse than when someone else does it. You look around anxiously for someone to blame and there's no one to blame but yourself, so in addition to being broken-hearted, you get the guilt and shame too. I suppose that's when they need the love the most.
