Each year at Thanksgiving time, just before dinner, our family, (as I'm sure many of you also do) sit in a circle and we all tell each other what we are thankful for. Since I lost my beloved wife three years ago, I have had trouble with loosing my composure at such times like this. So last year I wrote it all down and read it. Then I posted it on my blog with pictures.
I would like to share it with you this year, just before Thanksgiving.

Thank you for the reminder. We have much to be thankful for, even when we sometimes aren't so sure.
I'm reasonably healthy (what's a few aches or pains when billions of people are malnourished, live in substandard conditions, lack clean water, are illiterate, or have no access to good medical care).
The world I live in has wonderful people in it, "RW" people as well as Nauvoodle neighbors. (Right over there is V, one of the special neighbors. )
And then there is the gospel, & the knowledge that God loves me & I can turn to Him & our Savior for direction, hope, peace, & comfort.
