I guess the card is a good idea, but I personally don't like to idea of getting one more piece of paper (meaning 4 more) every Sunday to float around the house.

What has worked us well is that the discussion about what you learned at church happens in the car on the way home. Of course it requires more than 1 minute drive. And it also includes discussion by adults about what we learned and discussed so the kids hear that too.

When we get the general idea what was spoken about, we can raise the topic later on as well.
