I sometimes get behind on my tithing. Most of my bills are autopay, but it takes time to sit down and and calculate tithing, so sometimes I get behind. This year I was a little behind, then I had the surgeries and got REALLY behind, then I was afraid to look at it. Finally this weekend I went through the bills, balanced the checkbook, and paid tithing. Since we haven't paid since mid-December, and we pay gross, it was a hefty chunk (talking thousands of dollars). Didn't leave us much in the bank to pay the hospital bill, so I was a bit worried.
Well, our last medical bill, the hospital bill for the 2nd surgery, was over $23,000, but I hadn't seen anything since the first statement, so I was afraid the insurance was contesting part of it. So today I called the hospital to see what the deal was.
Insurance had paid all of it. Every last penny.
I am AMAZED. Just this weekend I was thinking how my faith of tithing was getting weaker and I really needed something to strengthen it, but I vowed to pay every penny of it and trust in the Lord though my faith was weak. And within 48 hours we were blessed more than I could have imagined. The Lord is great!

Thank you Dyany for sharing your miracle. It's definitely nice to hear about the blessings after our faith is tested.
